Please join us for the Catapult Festival, featuring three original full-length devised works (Performances A, B, & C - titles to be revealed soon!) created by the Pig Iron/Rowan MFA Class of 2025. These soon-to-be graduates are immersed in a 15-week creative process, collaboratively building performance works that will be unveiled to the public on May 9, 10, and 11 at Christ Church Neighborhood House.
After an unexpected and lengthy wait (this cohort was originally scheduled to graduate in Winter 2024 before the UArts "incident"), the time has arrived to witness these ferocious artists as they launch beyond graduate school and into the professional sphere.
Through turmoil and triumph, they are each equipped to push artistic boundaries while utilizing their bodies and imaginations to speak to a contemporary audience. Catch these three original works from this ensemble as they invite us into their poetic imagination.
This next generation of artists are ready to sizzle and bathe us in a new ways of seeing, listening, and feeling.
