About Franklin’s Key:
An epic adventure that re-imagines Ben Franklin’s legacy in an alternate universe where science and magic collide.
During the War of Independence, the British feared that Ben Franklin could control the weather. Franklin’s Key asks: what if that were true? In an alternate universe where Benjamin Franklin’s undiscovered technology has been hidden for centuries underneath Philadelphia’s landmarks, a mystery is unfolding. Two high school prodigies—Temple, a self-taught scientist, and her brother Arturo, a brilliant musician—find themselves caught in a struggle between secret societies dedicated to safeguarding Franklin’s discoveries.

About Poor Judge:
A kaleidoscope of love, ambition, and the dark side of the American success story set to the music of Aimee Mann.
An original work of dance-theater cabaret born from the music of alt-rock iconoclast Aimee Mann, this live music mixtape is part spy story, part woeful tale of lost loves, and part Hollywood audition—all performed by a supergroup of Philadelphia actor-musicians. Through vignette and song, Poor Judge offers glimpses of an inviting, seductive Los Angeles and its shadow: the frightening underbelly of the American Success Story. Be prepared for a night of lonely California highways, movie theater breakups, and sly acoustic re-imaginings of Aimee Mann’s haunting catalog.

Unfortunately, no other productions are available for streaming at this time.
A note on the 2024 production of Poor Judge: As many of you know, Dito van Reigersberg conceived Poor Judge and performed in the 2024 premiere production. When Dito’s health declined just before the show’s 2026 remount, the amazing Pax Ressler stepped into the role. Working with our 2026 partners at the Wilma, we filmed and edited the 2026 production for streaming (as the Wilma does for all shows in its season). We are working on sourcing and organizing archival footage of several of Dito’s Pig Iron performances, including the original run of Poor Judge, and we hope to share those at a later date.
